Philadelphia, PA -Led by renowned jazz bassist Jamaaladeen Tacuma, presents the Outsiders Improvised & Creative Music Festival Series. Organized by Jam-All Productions, in cooperation with South Restaurant & Jazz Club and Black Squirrel Club , the acclaimed Outsiders festival continues with a unique, expansive presentation and continues its mission of showcasing diverse styles of risk-taking, progressive music, and groundbreaking artists.   Outsiders Improvised & Creative Music Festival 2025 goes global featuring world music sensation Wazumbians in on Sunday Oct 5th 2025 at The Black Squirrel Club, 1049 Sarah St, Philadelphia, PA 19125. 7 p.m. Set time 8-9:30 pm , admission is $25. The Afro fusion Group Wazumbians is a Ghanaian music group whose sounds echo the famous Ghanaian group Osibisa; famous for their pioneering role in world music around the globe. With musical directions from accomplished producer Wazumbi, this new band of musicians is a spicy mix of catchy tunes served with ornamented rhythmic grooves steeped in African traditions into one soul-satisfying broth. The encore will feature a fully improvised jam led by Tacuma, embodying the true Outsiders fest tradition. It will celebrate the universal language of music that transcends borders and touches hearts, leaving the audience supercharged and soaring high.
