Outsiders Improvised & Creative Music Festival Redd Carpet Room Clean Sweep Sessions

Renowned jazz bassist Jamaaladeen Tacuma, presents the sixth annual Outsiders Improvised & Creative Music Festival. Organized by Jam-All Productions and curated by Tacuma, this year's festival concert events had to be cancelled due to COVID 19 restrictions. The Outsiders Fest continues its mission of showcasing diverse styles of risk-taking, progressive music and groundbreaking artists in April and beyond for Philadelphia’s Jazz Appreciation Month. This year's festival theme is  "The Redd Carpet Clean Sweep" with the introduction of " "Redd Carpet Room Clean Sweep Sessions" broadcast directly to the audience in the comfort of their own home.  Jamaaladeen will be inviting musical artists from around the world to participate in virtual improvisational collaborations and discussions about their art and how they are maintaining their creative energy during this international crisis. Outsiders Improvised & Creative Music Festival wants to uplift, inspire and offer a small escape from the circumstances brought about by Covid 19.
